My Claim to Fame: I am a 6 year old Basset Hound (7 next month, happy birthday to me!!). I live with my mom, dad, and sister (Beagle), she is the newest edition, she came after dad moved in.
I like laying in the sun and going for short walks as I am pretty lazy. Family and water are the two most important things in my world. I have two cousins that live close by, another Beagle and another Basset. I had a third cousin but she recently passed on. :(
I can't wait to move into a house within the next few months because I need a yard to lay in the sun all day, plus I want to learn to swim in the new pool (my mom is worried my legs are too short though).
I love my life and I couldn't be any happier!

About My Family: I love my family. I live with my mom, dad, and sister, she's a Beagle. I have an aunt and uncle that live down the street that treat me like one of their own. :) I have two cousins, a Beagle and a Basset that live with them. I have a grandpa and grandma that have a King Charles and a Chin.
I First Met My Human Guardian(s)...: I was actually a son of my moms ex-mother in law. My current mom was sitting for me when my previous mom went out of town. My current mom and I loved each other so much that my previous mom let her adopt me for her wedding present. My mom divorced my previous dad, thank goodness because I love my new dad!!
My Guardian's Favorite Story About Me: There are so many, we are the best of friends. But one that comes to mind is when I body slammed and killed a rat running through my aunts back yard. That was fun!
Strong Suits: I am loving, good looking, loyal, the best friend anyone's had I'm told, I'm quiet, I don't drool, I don't bark unless my mom and dad encourage me to and then I can't stop.
The Craziest Thing I've Ever Done: Hmmm, I ate cat poop once and pooped blood for weeks. I will never do that again. Swimming in the ocean is pretty crazy for me as I get eye infections.
