Hello everyone! My family and I just wanted to wish everyone here a wonderful Thanksgiving! We would love to hear what your plans and favorite Thanksgiving traditions are! I so can't wait to get some of that turkey, yum yum gimme some is what I have to say!! :)
Some years it has been turkey dinner at our home at noon and then turkey dinner again at the inlaws four hours later. Talk about being stuffed and I don't mean the turkey! Anyway, this year turkey day will be two days, ours on Wednesday and the inlaws on Thursday. Whew, I think that will be better!

Hi there Hershey, Cheeky, and Romeo! Herhsey I am so sad that you don't get to do what I do for Thanksgiving. I stay in the kitchen while mom is making all the goodies. Will your mom be making a turkey on her day off?
Cheeky, you are going to LOVE Thanksgiving I just know it! Turkey is just sooooo yummy!! You will have to come back after and tell us just how much you liked it!
Romeo, holy wow, that is sure a lot of dinner that you have! Mom just told her two human sons what you wrote and let me tell you, they can sure eat a lot! They said that even they would have a hard time eating two dinners in one day though! :)

Two dinners in one day? hmmmm...would like to see if that is a bad thing...lol...Hershey, I'm so sorry you won't get any turkey. This is my moms first thanksgiving off in 9 years (she works retail) course she has to work at 3 a.m. on friday. yuck. Cheeky, you will love turkey. It shouldn't upset your tummy at all. :)

Grandma is making the turkey...mom has been making fudge, truffles and a chocolate pie. None of which I can have..:( She did make this cranberry thing, I was not impressed. But I did like the apple she was trying to put in it. I'm with you, Cheeky. I'm very thankful for dropped food. lol Our baby cousin is very good in that category...

Tinkerbell, that food sounds too yummy! My mom won't share her chocolate with me either though. But turkey, oh boy I am excited about that! Mom just made a whole bunch of boiled eggs for salads and she made sure to have a couple extra so that I can have some! I love egg whites!!!!! :)

Cheeky and Pippi, mom has been trying to catch up with you tonight and kept missing your mom! Hope that you have a great Thanksgiving and can't wait to hear all about it! :) Oh, i got to have a little spoon of a mashed yam that mom made today for tomorrow, yum! Blake and Gregory like them with all the brown sugar and pineapple in it and mom and I like just regular! Have you tried that yet? :)
We're actually having our big feast this weekend. Mom said she hasn't tried sweet potatoes since she was a kid. So I'm guessing that is not on the menu. We can't wait for all the other fixins though!

Oh boy, you will love the sweet potatoes! Mom buys one from the store and peels it and boils it like a regular potatoe and then mashes it, yum!!! Blake and Gregory like theirs with brown sugar, pineapple, and marshmallows on it, not mom and I though! You will have to tell me what you think after! :)

We ate turkey for about 3 days...now it's all gone..:( But X-mas grandma usually makes ham. That's good, too. And Uncle Jim brings deviled eggs, but mom doesn't like alot of the white, so I'll get that, too.
Turkey, turkey and more
Turkey, turkey and more turkey. And stuffing, potaotes, veggies, etc...
