Well, my human sister used to have a guinea pig named Splash. I just fell in love with him and vice-versa. They used to put him in a little play pen thing, and I would jump in with him. When he was in the window seat I would go up there with him and watch him hop around. We used to share his treats together (they we're tasty) I was so sad when he died, I tried to get into his cage and look for him. Mom had to let me see him so I would know why he was gone. One of our pics together is the one that won the local contest in the newspaper.

It seems like Mom keeps

It seems like Mom keeps having to switch back and forth between heat and air. Too bad ours isn't like Grandma and Papaws where it switches automatically.

Hello there! I miss new spring blooms after snow. We seem to have flowers and stuff on the trees and shrubs all year long almost. Hey, the grass isn't as crunchy even though we still haven't gotten rain though :)

We've got a lot of things

We've got a lot of things starting to bloom in the yard. I'm ready to get out on more walks, but it's a little cool and drizzly. Personally I'd still romp through muddy puddles in the drizzle, but I just can't get Mom to go.

I hope so, too. It was snowing again yesterday morning. Mom said with all the flooding it was better than rain. I guess so, but I sure did enjoy those warmer days we had.

We had a few days of warmer weather, but now it's cooled back down just a little. Not too bad, but not as nice as it was. Hopefully warmer and dryer weather will be your way soon.

Yeah, Dusty wanted to eat the hamster. I didn't let her get that close to Splash, neither did mom. I wish it would warm up soon. Thats when mom says we are going to the store.

Mom is afraid to get anything like that with the cats in the house. She also says she doesn't really trust me. Guess for now I will just have to be content to check it out every time we go to the store.

I sure was interested in

I sure was interested in that guinea pig at the store again. Every time we went past it I had to try and get Mom to stop and watch it for a while. I can see why you like Splash. Mom can't figure out if it is the smell or the movement or what. I ignore the birds and hamsters, but there is something about that guinea pig!
